  1. If you are upgrading from a previous version just replace the old
  2. QRDB.EXE and QRDBMGR.EXE files with the new ones in this package.

  4. This copy of QRDB.EXE does not require the use of a Fossil. If for any
  5. reason a copy that uses the Fossil is required you can obtain it from
  6. Mountain Retreat BBS Fidonet 1:216/506, 408-335-4595. It can be Freq'd
  7. under the magic name QRDB_FOS. QRDB_FOS only contains a replacement for
  8. QRFM.EXE.
